You could consider Salted Caramel a "Mom and Pop" organization and Bacon Bourbon Caramel Corn as their beloved first child. Truth be told, there is no "Pop" and I would hardly consider myself to be a "Mom" in this scenario, but my devotion to my creation is as true as it gets. When I tell you that Bacon Bourbon Caramel Corn is made by hand, it is these hands that are typing in this content that take on that responsibility. I may have started this endeavor on my own, but I have the support and encouragement of friends and family who have been indispensible in this process. I am surrounded by the best taste testers in town! I have been cooking professionally for nearly ten years and in that time I have been able to work on the sweet as well as the savory side of the kitchen, but that was never good enough for me. I get so much more satisfaction when I am able to combine the two... and I hope you will, too!
